High-Performance Test Engineer

We are seeking an experienced High-Performance Test Engineer to design and execute performance tests using LoadRunner, analyze test results, and coordinate with development teams for issue triaging and bug fixes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with APM tools like AppDynamics and Dynatrace, Web-HTTP, Java Vuser, and Webservice protocols. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute performance tests using LoadRunner
  • Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for issue triaging and bug fixes
  • Develop customized codes in Java and C language for optimizing and enhancing VuGen scripts
  • Monitor and extract production performance statistics and apply the same model in test environments
  • Highlight performance issues related to databases

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in performance testing
  • Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, APM tools like AppDynamics and Dynatrace, and Web-HTTP, Java Vuser, and Webservice protocols
  • Good understanding of different OS internals, file systems, disk/storage, networking protocols, and other latest technologies like Cloud infra
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on finance-banking domain projects
  • Knowledge of cloud concepts - AWS/Azure
  • Database - SQL or Mongo
