Job Role: Technical Performance Support Specialist

About the Job

The key responsibility of this role is to provide expert technical support in optimizing system performance and ensuring high availability. This involves troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with internal teams, and leveraging various tools and technologies to resolve problems.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and stakeholders.

  • Expertise in relational databases, such as MySQL and Oracle, is necessary.
  • Strong Java experience, including understanding object-oriented design principles and memory management, is essential.
  • Experience in scripting languages, including JavaScript, Python, and Perl, is required.
  • Advanced Unix/Linux experience is crucial.
  • Analyzing java heap dumps and thread dumps is also a must-have skill.
