Workforce Optimization Manager

This is a challenging role that requires partnering with business stakeholders, operations, and clients to ensure optimal workforce planning, scheduling, capacity management, and real-time performance monitoring.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business forecasts and plans into workforce strategies (staffing models, shrinkage planning, hiring recommendations) while providing workforce insights, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnership
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business leaders and client stakeholders, providing expertise on workforce optimization and strategic advisory services.
  • Develop and maintain long-term, mid-term, and short-term capacity plans to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and business objectives.
  • Schedule efficient workloads that balance service delivery, employee preferences, and cost, ensuring optimal utilization of the workforce across different lines of business.
  • Implement real-time management, intraday management, and SLA adherence, driving corrective actions to maintain service levels.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of workforce analysts and real-time specialists, building capability within the team to handle complex modeling and analytics.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership abilities, experience with workforce optimization tools, and knowledge of industry trends are also essential.

You should be able to drive results-oriented initiatives, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
