Professional certifications such as ISTQB or ICP-TST can be advantageous but are not required. However, a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends is highly valued.

Job Requirements:

  • Performance Testing Experience: At least 2 years of experience in performance testing, preferably with load testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, and operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
