Business Optimization Specialist

As a seasoned HubSpot expert, we're looking for a talented individual to spearhead the development of our RevOps function.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement comprehensive RevOps systems across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs in HubSpot.
- Configure lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing to optimize sales performance.
- Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations to streamline operations.
- Integrate with other platforms (CRM, billing, product, CS, warehouses) to enhance data synchronization.
- Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages, ensuring maximum ROI for clients.
- Develop real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking to inform business decisions.
- Manage data governance within HubSpot, ensuring seamless property, object, and workflow management.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in RevOps and HubSpot implementation.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-hub setups (Marketing + CRM + CX).
- Skilled in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling.
- Experience with middleware/integration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs).
- Strong analytical skills to identify leaks in the funnel and support findings with data-driven insights.
