Job Title: AI Optimization Expert

Deliver the implementation and ensure technical success of our solution, while advising product teams on industry use cases and supporting customers to drive adoption of AI/ML-based process optimization applications.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and ensure technical success of our solution, leveraging data-driven models.
  • Collaborate with product teams to advise on industry use cases, ideation, and feature implementation, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • Support product managers, data scientists, and customers in adopting AI/ML-based process optimization applications, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering or equivalent, with a strong foundation in process modeling and control systems.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience implementing APC and/or optimization solutions with products like AspenTech DMC3, Honeywell Forge APC (UOP APC), AVEVA APC (Advanced Process Control).
  • Expertise in developing and deploying data-driven/ML-based optimization models, with proven results in improving process efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior-level management investment decisions.
  • Proven experience working with people in operating plants or other operational settings, with a strong understanding of plant data-driven process modelling/analytics and its limitations.

Essential Skills:
  • Deep knowledge of APC and optimization technologies and methodologies, including advanced process control systems and predictive analytics.
  • Experience with varied and complex industrial processes, preferably LNG, cryogenic processes, syngas and/or fertilizer industries, gas processing, refining, and olefins.
