RPA Developer Job Description

Job Overview:

This is a key role in the development of automated BOTs using UiPath and/or other automation tools.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining robust BOTs using UiPath, with an understanding of business processes from workflow diagrams and conceptualizing them as automated solutions.
  • Collaborating with RPA stakeholders to understand current processes and how to reengineer and automate them, including working with Operational Teams to develop robust runbooks and providing Level 2 and 3 support as needed.
  • Supporting investigation and remediation of production level issues, supports production deployments processes and performance testing, while ensuring quality by supporting coding and architectural standards and thorough unit testing.
  • Assisting in testing and UAT efforts, following secure coding standards and processes including SDLC and Change Management, and participating in design and peer reviews, conducting demos for RPA stakeholders and business leaders, and supporting skills transfer by mentoring new resources on best practices and development.
