Automation Framework Architect

We seek an innovative technologist to lead the design and deployment of end-to-end automation solutions, integrating advanced cloud capabilities for transformational efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design and architecture of automation frameworks, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Design reusable architectures, best practices, and governance models for automation implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust automation solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Integrate automation with enterprise cloud environments, leveraging expertise in virtualization concepts and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Document solution architecture and technical designs.
  • Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement attended & unattended automation with Citrix/legacy system automation.
  • Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, exceptions, and deployment issues.
  • Optimize bot efficiency, resource utilization, and exception handling.
Requirements:
  • At least 8–10 years' experience in RPA with proven solution architect responsibilities.
  • Expertise in platform architecture and ecosystem—mandatory.
  • Hands-on practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS), virtualization concepts, and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Clear track record of architecting and delivering large-scale automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills—able to confidently articulate and sell technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
