AI Prompt Engineering Role

We seek a skilled AI prompt engineer to bridge the gap between process automation, prompt engineering, and applied AI. The ideal candidate will enable the creation of intelligent, autonomous systems that augment business workflows and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, test, and optimize high-quality prompts to drive accuracy, reliability, and adaptability of AI models within various business use cases.
  • Collaborate with automation teams to integrate bots with AI-driven agents for end-to-end workflows.
  • Build, configure, and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously.
  • Partner with data scientists, RPA developers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Develop reusable prompt templates, libraries, and best practices for large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.
  • Integrate APIs, knowledge bases, and 3rd-party systems into AI agents and workflows to enrich decision-making capabilities.
  • Monitor agent and bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune prompts for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI frameworks, RPA enhancements, and generative AI trends to keep solutions cutting-edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or related field. They should possess strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for LLMs, hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere, and proven experience in building, deploying, and managing AI agents or workflows.

Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to multi-agent frameworks, familiarity with cloud platforms, knowledge of ML pipelines, NLP models, and conversational AI are desired but not essential.
