Join Our Windows Support Team

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to join our Windows support team. As a Senior Technical Process Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Microsoft Windows & O365 issues.

About the Role:

  • Your technical expertise will be utilized to diagnose and resolve complex problems.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in technical support via chat in Business to Customer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries
  • Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals are a strong plus
