Senior Quality Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Management Professional to lead our quality management initiatives in India.

  • Lead and manage the corporate quality team to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, ensuring robust quality systems are implemented across the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems and processes, delivering tangible results through data-driven insights.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in quality performance, fostering a culture of continuous excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives, promoting a seamless workflow and collaborative environment.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices, empowering them to excel in their roles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a corporate environment, with a proven track record of driving quality improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma), with expertise in process optimization and risk management.
  • Proficient in data analysis and quality improvement methodologies, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members to achieve high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
