- Lead a team of Quality analysts to achieve operational objectives.

- Monitor daily activities to ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and client guidelines.
- Track team performance using data quality KPIs and provide feedback.

- Address quality issues promptly and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with Process Excellence and data creation teams to implement best quality practices.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- Additional certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) are desirable.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in quality control management.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- At least 1 year of experience in Quality supervisory role or 2 years of experience in Quality Analyst role.
