Technical Trainer Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch training sessions and contributing to the creation and enhancement of training materials.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging and effective training sessions, tailoring content to learners at various skill levels. You will demonstrate proficiency in Java, front-end, and back-end technologies, providing hands-on guidance to trainees. Additionally, you will assist trainees in resolving coding challenges and debugging issues, fostering a deep understanding of full-stack concepts.

You will evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, projects, and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement. Furthermore, you will stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in academia with significant experience in technical content development or curriculum design.
  • Strong command over C++ or Java with a solid grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms.
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles or solutioning is a strong plus.
