Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the field of food science, with a focus on food processing technology.

  • Developing and delivering lectures on food processing, nutrition, and related subjects
  • Designing and conducting experiments, demonstrations, and other educational activities
  • Mentoring and guiding students in their research projects and academic pursuits
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess:

  • Ph.D. in Foods and Nutrition, Food Science and Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 0-5 years of experience as an Assistant Professor, with a strong background in teaching, research, and industry engagement
  • A proven track record of publishing research papers in international and national journals, as well as books and scholarly awards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
