Project Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Expert to lead our technology delivery projects.

  • The successful candidate will manage the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate project management frameworks.
  • They will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in Employee Central (EC) Payroll, with mandatory Australian payroll expertise.
  • Responsibilities include providing multi-country payroll expertise and advisory support, influencing and engaging with multiple teams, taking responsibility for team decisions, and providing solutions to problems across multiple teams and business areas.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, and a strong understanding of project management frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 18 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is required.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience managing large and complex technology projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Additional Information

  • This role requires a minimum of 15 years of full-time education.
  • The position is based at our office in Pune.
