Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Flexcube techno-functional consultant to support customization and production support for Flexcube core banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Oracle Flexcube modules including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments.
  • Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business requirements and needs.
  • Strong understanding of Flexcube modules and configuration. Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements and specifications.
  • Capable of troubleshooting PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube.
  • Manage end-of-day and beginning-of-day operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
  • Document functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as a techno-functional consultant.
  • Strong understanding of the Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain processes.
  • Good experience in multiple modules including Core Banking, CASA, Loans, Trade Finance, Payments, and Treasury.
  • Good knowledge of interfaces and integration with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
