Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Listen attentively to customers' inquiries and provide accurate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent English speaking skills.

Additional Requirements for French Language:

  • B2 certified in French language or B1 with minimum 6 month experience or UG/PG degree in French language is mandatory.

Work Schedule:

  • Rotational shifts including night shift and day shift.
  • 5 days a week.
  • 2 rotational week offs.
