The Opportunity
As our Regional Sales Agent for India, you will be a key player in our expansion strategy. You will act as the face of our brand, leveraging your extensive network and industry expertise to introduce our premium products to the Indian market. This is a unique opportunity to build a significant business portfolio and earn substantial rewards directly tied to your performance.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients within the apparel and leather goods industries across your designated region in India.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, including fashion brands, manufacturers, and sourcing agents.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our international team, ensuring clear communication and a smooth order fulfillment process.
Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help shape our regional sales strategy.
Candidate Profile
Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven sales or business development experience in the apparel, leather goods, or fashion accessories industry within India.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local industry ecosystem, including key brands, manufacturers, and distribution channels.
Network: An established and robust network of industry contacts is essential.
Language Skills: A strong command of business English is required for seamless communication with our global teams.
Personal Attributes: A motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset, exceptional negotiation skills, and outstanding interpersonal abilities.
Compensation & Partnership
Model: This is an independent, commission-based Sales Agent role (not a full-time employment position).
