Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous product information specialist with experience in managing product catalogues on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This role is critical to enhancing the customer journey by maintaining high-quality product information across platforms.

  • Manage and execute end-to-end product cataloguing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate product data including titles, descriptions, attributes, pricing, SKU details, imagery, and categorization.
  • Work closely with merchandising, buying, design, and marketing teams to gather product details and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Conduct regular catalog audits to ensure data consistency, quality, and completeness.
  • Upload product images and ensure correct sequencing, naming conventions, and image quality standards.
  • Ensure all product listings comply with brand standards and SEO best practices.
  • Monitor inventory and catalog changes to ensure listings are up-to-date across all sales channels.
  • Coordinate with tech and operations teams to troubleshoot issues related to catalogue integration, uploads, or data errors on Salesforce.
  • Assist with catalog migrations or system updates as required.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in product cataloguing, preferably in the fashion/retail/e-commerce industry.
