Job Overview:

  • Support the planning and implementation of quality training programs

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Training Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to coordinate and plan trainings, and have a strong understanding of child safety awareness.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A solid understanding of the issue of Child Safety Awareness (CSA)
  • Ability to coordinate, plan & conduct trainings on CSA
  • Good communication skills (oral & written) and inter-personal skills
  • Education: Graduation/ Post Graduation in Education, Sociology, Psychology, Child Development, Social work and other related fields
  • Desired Experience: Conducting trainings & sensitization on CSA/PSE

The successful candidate will also be expected to:

  • Follow up with individuals and organizations who have attended our trainings
  • Provide handholding support to trained teachers for further implement PSE trainings in their respective schools
  • Pitch with CSOs, Foundations, Corporates & other like-mined institutions for awareness & trainings programs on CSA / PSE
