Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and analyze expenses to meet targets.
  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business units with performance analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
  • Lead long-term financial planning processes.
  • Oversee reporting processes and ensure internal controls on reporting accuracy.
  • Manage operational financial controls, including revenue growth, expense management, and margin tracking.
  • Work with the business to understand pipeline impact on forecasts using CRM support.
  • Manage complex financial data.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Market Financial Director, providing financial guidance to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Support business cases, investment appraisals, and pricing strategies with robust financial modeling and analysis.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align financial planning with commercial objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Business Controller or related roles.
  • CA/CMA/MBA/ACCA qualification with at least 5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Background in a large organization and international environment preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with negotiation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI knowledge an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
