Role Overview

As a key member of the Grand Circle Corporation team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of Trip Leaders in South India and Sri Lanka. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our Land tours.

Responsibilities
  • Hiring, training, and coaching Trip Leaders to ensure they meet the high standards of Grand Circle Corporation.
  • Developing and implementing training plans to support Trip Leaders in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Leading Trip Leader meetings and training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Driving achievement of Regional Excellence Goals through live coaching, ride-alongs, and regular interactions with travelers.
  • Managing administrative duties, including reading passenger quality reports and creating a monthly newsletter for Trip Leaders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in hiring, training, coaching, and managing individual and team performances, preferably in the travel sector.
  • A strong leadership style, with the ability to motivate and build relationships based on trust, accountability, and mutual respect.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Trip Leaders, travelers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time and work in a fast-paced environment.
