About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Support and Installation Specialist.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • This role involves providing technical support, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless installation processes.
  • The selected individual will be responsible for resolving client queries, documenting issues, and maintaining accurate records of visits and expenses.
  • Additionally, they will be expected to compile monthly complaint reports and coordinate with the sales team for aftersales requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone and email, escalating complex queries to the support department when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the support department to resolve client queries efficiently.
  • Work closely with the sales department to ensure post-installation client requirements are met, including document provision and spare parts coordination.
  • Conduct bi-weekly meetings with the QC and Operations departments to discuss installation-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, expenses, and root causes of problems faced by clients.
  • Deliver high-quality support services, resolving customer inquiries at the first point of contact or through remote assistance.
  • Compile and share monthly complaint reports with the department head.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate aftersales requirements, including AMC, spares, and new machines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
