About Us:
CognitiveBotics Technologies Private Limited is an AI-powered digital therapeutics and eLearning platform designed to support early intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodivergent conditions. By leveraging advanced AI capabilities, we provide personalized, adaptive learning pathways that help children acquire cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills.
Currently in the pre-revenue stage with a validated product and early pilots, CognitiveBotics embarks on its commercialization journey in India and select global markets.
We're seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products through effective test planning, execution, and defect management.
This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to clarify requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
In this dynamic environment, you'll have opportunities to grow professionally, contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and methodologies, and take ownership of testing for assigned modules or projects with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents to design effective test cases.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Perform manual testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications as applicable.
  • Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain traceability between requirements and test cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Proficiency in writing test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports
  • Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, Mantis
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Good understanding of different types of testing: functional, regression, integration, UAT, smoke, sanity, exploratory testing
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for backend data validation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
