We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive our market-defining Real-Time Digital Experience Platform. You will be critical in the growth and maturity of our SaaS product, serving as a bridge between various teams.

  • You will work cross-functionally to deliver new platform features, ensuring a shared understanding of the future state of the platform and scalable architecture that considers future business growth scenarios.
  • Capture, manage, and communicate dependencies from application teams.
  • Create and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure successful feature delivery from engineering.
  • Help shape the platform roadmap, deciding what platform features to build to support commercial applications and determining priority between new features, architectural improvements, and operational efficiencies.
  • Enable sales, support, professional service field teams on new features as they are released.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the enterprise software industry.
  • Experience working closely with multiple teams of engineers/developers.
  • Good understanding of agile/scrum development concepts.
  • Deep expertise in translating use cases into user stories Domain experience in enterprise end-user computing, monitoring, experience management solution.
  • Ability to think creatively to solve problems through a customer lens.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science would be an advantage.

Foster Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new platform features, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient communication.

Drive Innovation

Capture, manage, and communicate dependencies from application teams, driving innovation and improving overall efficiency.

User Story Development

Create and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure successful feature delivery from engineering, always keeping the customer in mind.

Platform Roadmap

Help shape the platform roadmap, making informed decisions about platform features and priorities to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Enablement

Enable sales, support, professional service field teams on new features as they are released, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum impact.
