**Job Title:** Website Tester (Secret Shopper)

**Location:** Hyderabad

We are seeking a meticulous Website Tester to act as a real customer and evaluate websites from start to finish. The ideal candidate will follow a checklist, test how easy the site is to use, check payment options, and complete small test purchases.

**Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned websites and understand their purpose.
• Follow a step-by-step checklist and record findings.
• Test key user flows (like browsing products, adding to cart, and checking out).
• Identify and report issues like broken links, confusing content, or accessibility problems.
• Check payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay) and complete test transactions.
• Confirm post-purchase details like order confirmation pages and email receipts.
• Take screenshots or screen recordings to demonstrate findings.
• Prioritize issues based on severity and suggest quick fixes.
• Keep us updated on progress and report any blockers.

**Tools and Technology:

• Web browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge (on desktop and mobile).
• Screen capture tools: Loom, CleanShot, or similar.
• Task tracking: Jira, Asana, Trello.
• Docs: Google Docs/Sheets, Notion.
• Security tools: Password manager, VPN (if needed).
