Job Title: Government Sales

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with 6–15 years of expertise in government sales, media strategy, and public sector engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with institutions such as defence departments and other government agencies.

The role demands a proven ability to deliver impactful solutions, manage large-scale contracts, and build long-term partnerships across ministries, departments, and public enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Strategic Engagement:
    • Lead engagement with central and state ministries, defence departments, and public communication departments.
    • Develop long-term strategies aligned with government priorities and objectives.
    • Represent the organization in policy-level discussions, positioning it as a trusted partner.
  • 2. Solution Development & Campaign Management:
    • Design and present integrated campaigns (broadcast, digital, print, outdoor) tailored to government and enterprise objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective awareness and behavior change campaigns.
    • Ensure campaign relevance and compliance with government guidelines.
  • 3. Tender & Contract Management:
    • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of tenders, RFPs, and contracts.
    • Ensure full compliance with procurement norms, documentation standards, and protocols.
  • 4. Leadership & Mentorship:
    • Lead and mentor a team of professionals.
    • Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • 5. Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track metrics, client satisfaction, and delivery performance.
    • Provide strategic insights and regular reports to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, Public Policy, or related field.
  • Minimum 6–15 years of experience in government sales, media strategy, or public sector consulting.
  • Proven success in securing and managing large-scale contracts.
  • In-depth knowledge of government systems, procurement procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong network within public sector and government circles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sectors such as healthcare, education, infrastructure, or civic engagement.
  • Familiarity with public sector platforms, tendering processes, and compliance protocols.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight timelines.
