Compliance and Governance Professional

This is a senior leadership role where you will oversee the development and implementation of compliance tools and resources, lead training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance, and support due diligence initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on navigating anti-corruption regulations.
  • Develop and maintain compliance tools and resources, tailored to industry needs and regulatory trends.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance, targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Southeast Asia and Europe.
  • Liaise with external providers to support due diligence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients to champion environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting and sustainability practices.

Project Management:

  • Manage stakeholder engagement with SMEs, trade associations, and compliance specialists.
  • Coordinate the development of customized training materials, including case studies and checklists.
  • Oversee the implementation of workshops, webinars, and digital learning platforms targeting SMEs.
  • Operationalize membership models for SMEs, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, ESG, or integrity risk.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sanctions, anti-corruption frameworks, and ESG reporting.
  • Proven success engaging with governments, international donors, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and business leaders.
  • Fluency in English is essential; high proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning tools is a plus.
