About Us">We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our team in a student wellbeing initiative at a premier institute in West Bengal. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to contribute to the mental health and wellbeing of students.
Your RoleAs a Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing mental health support to students on a rotational basis. This will involve conducting in-person counselling sessions, facilitating walk-in sessions, and maintaining case notes and records.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide overnight mental health support to students
- Conduct in-person counselling sessions in student hostels
- Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through the YourDOST portal
- Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards
You will have the opportunity to work closely with a supportive team of psychologists, trainers, and coordinators who believe in learning, experimenting, and growing together. You will also receive on-campus accommodation and gain rich training and supervision as part of our psychologist community.
