About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a premier institute in West Bengal as part of a structured student wellness initiative. As a Counseling Expert, you will be responsible for providing mental health support to students and facilitating their well-being.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis (10 PM – 6 AM).
  • Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels.
  • Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through our portal.
  • Undertake floor walks in hostels to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.
  • Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory).
  • (1 - 8 years) experience (or strong interest) in working with youth/academic mental health.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic, approachable way.
  • Comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of Bengali is a plus).
  • Willingness to stay on campus.
