• We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a key role in our team.

About the Role

• The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working as an Ed-Tech Counsellor and will be responsible for converting prospective students into confirmed admissions.
• The successful applicant will also coordinate with our team for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes, and other offers.
• Maintaining regular communication with students and parents to understand their requirements and improve student satisfaction is crucial.
• We require someone to collect payments, maintain registration form data, and ensure ERP entries are completed daily.
• The selected individual will be responsible for supporting parents throughout the admission process, answering queries, and helping with document completion.
• The ability to explain admission procedures and courses offered to prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings is essential.
• Ensuring all ERP entries are complete at the end of each day is vital.
• We expect the successful candidate to regularly call absentee students.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for the refund and transfer process of your respective center and will follow up until the process is complete.
• Working closely with our student support cell and addressing student issues is also a key part of this role.
• Calls to irregular students, including absentees or other campaigns, are required.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience working as an Ed-Tech Counsellor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using various software and systems.
• Familiarity with education technology and trends is beneficial.
