Automation Lead Position

The successful candidate will oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive test strategies, plans, and data. They will execute automated tests, manage defect logs, and ensure optimal test environments are established.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and continually enhance automated tests
  • Execute automated tests and manage defect reports
  • Maintain test environments and infrastructures
  • Identify and report questionable functions and performance issues
  • Document and mentor QA engineers

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automation using object-oriented programming languages, experience building automation frameworks, and knowledge of Defect Management and Bug lifecycle. They should also exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate and drive sustainable processes.
