Job Title: Chief Talent Development Officer

This leadership position oversees all aspects of human resources functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering a positive work culture.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent, driving business success and employee satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage top candidates across various functions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and succession planning.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:
  • Design and implement programs to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess workplace culture.
  • Implement recognition programs and performance incentives.
  • Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, goal setting, and KPI monitoring.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Act as a liaison for audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities.
  • Learning & Development:
  • Identify skill gaps and create learning & development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Drive leadership development initiatives and training workshops.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Design competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and implement performance-linked incentives.
  • Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Contribute to organizational strategy by providing HR insights and workforce planning.
  • Lead HR projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • MBA/PG in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with senior leadership and influence organizational decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software and reporting tools.
