Job Title: Business Analyst

A business analyst plays a vital role in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) department.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of identity provider concepts, API authentication, and credential management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, analysis, and documentation skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment across various locations while engaging with application teams globally.

2. Leading manual discovery of IDP and API gateway usage, gathering data from application teams, documenting API credential lifecycles, and supporting governance enforcement.

3. Utilizing questionnaires to capture details on authentication methods, credential lifecycles, and governance gaps.

4. Understanding and documenting how API credentials and authentication lifecycles are managed across applications.

5. Preparing for integration into a future centralized technical solution.

6. Collaborating with IAM architects, product owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and compliant onboarding solutions.

7. Supporting go-live activities, post-deployment troubleshooting, and periodic access automation validation checks.

As a senior professional, this role requires 5-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on manual discovery of Identity Provider (IDP) and API Gateway usage across multiple systems.
