  • Performing same-day risk reconciliations.
  • Developing and maintaining technical support documentation.
  • Identifying ways to maximize the potential of the applications used.
  • Assessing risk and impact of production issues and escalating to business and technology management in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that storage and archiving procedures are in place and functioning correctly.
  • Formulating and defining scope and objectives for complex application enhancements and problem resolution.
  • Reviewing and developing application contingency planning to ensure availability to users.
  • Participating in application releases, from development, testing, and deployment into production.
  • Engaging in post-implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality.
  • Considering implications of the application of technology to the current environment.
  • Identifying risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues, communicating impact.
  • Ensuring essential procedures are followed and helping to define operating standards and processes.
  • Acting as a liaison between users, traders, interfacing internal technology groups, and vendors.
