We are expanding our sales team and seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to join us. This role requires a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position that involves managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SaaS industry, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new business and expand existing client base.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product teams, to stay up-to-date on company developments and leverage this knowledge to drive sales.
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM IST.
- Sale Sync at 6 PM for 30 minutes.
