This role involves acquiring new clients, managing sales cycles, building relationships, and collaborating with our teams to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in business development or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for closing high-ticket projects, leveraging multiple outreach channels (email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.), and possessing strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering results and has a passion for business growth. They will work closely with our teams to ensure smooth handover of new projects and contribute to strategy discussions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Sales: Take ownership of acquiring new clients using various outreach channels, manage the full sales cycle, and build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building: Confidently lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, tailor pitches, and build long-term trust.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with our teams to ensure smooth handover of new projects, share feedback from prospects to improve our offerings, and contribute to strategy discussions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2–6 years in business development/client acquisition in a digital marketing agency.
  • Track Record: Proven success in closing high-ticket projects.
  • Outreach Skills: Familiar with multiple outreach channels (email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
