Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with review of US International tax forms (5471, 8858, 8992, 8993, 8621) and other reporting forms.
  • Prepare or assist with review of GILTI, BEAT, Subpart F, Dual Consolidated Losses (DCL), Foreign tax credit calculations, PFIC testing, elections, statements, and disclosures.
  • Research and analyze various international tax areas, including BEAT, FDII, Subpart F, and GILTI.
  • Research effects of various international transactions.
  • Provide assistance on special projects, process automations, simplifications.
  • Manage smaller teams of junior staff when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or MBA in Finance.
  • Progressive US International tax experience of at least 5-6 years, with total work experience of 8-10 years.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department.
