Identity Expertise Sought:

We are looking for an expert in identity management who can help us design, implement and maintain secure identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing robust identity management systems to meet business requirements.
  • Developing and automating end-to-end pipelines to deploy configurations, connectors and workflows across environments.
  • Building custom connectors and integrations with enterprise systems, APIs and identity protocols.
  • Authoring secure and maintainable code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript or Shell scripting for rule, workflow and report logic.
  • Monitoring and supporting identity management environments with incident response, performance tuning and proactive alerting.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in identity and access management with significant hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
  • Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Shell) and integration with directory services, cloud platforms and APIs.
  • Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes, RBAC modeling, access certifications and regulatory compliance considerations.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and adaptability skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in large-scale financial services or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Delivery pipelines and culture of automation and quality.
  • Relevant SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer, IdentityNow Implementation Professional).
  • Understanding or exposure to career pathways enabling cross-discipline mobility and seniority clarity.
