Job Title: Identity and Access Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our identity infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining our identity platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. This will involve implementing and managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across systems, monitoring and reporting on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies, as well as collaborating with security architects to design and improve our identity infrastructure.

You will also support audits and compliance efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports, assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning, identify and remediate identity security risks and misconfigurations, and develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID, a strong understanding of identity reporting and analytics, and knowledge of identity architecture, protocols, and lifecycle management. You will also need to have a solid grasp of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust.

Azure IAM features, AWS IAM, scripting or automation skills, and Azure DLP experience are highly desirable but not essential.
