Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Engineer to manage and support our Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication services, and enterprise identity infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support SSO infrastructure, including integration with cloud applications like OKTA and on-prem solutions.
  • Oversee authentication mechanisms to ensure secure access, including SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos.
  • Maintain and optimize identity and access management systems, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and Federation Services.
  • Handle full account lifecycle management, in coordination with HR and security systems.
  • Support group management processes, access role definitions, and distribution/security group governance.
  • Monitor authentication systems for high availability, performance, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related incidents.
  • Implement policies for identity lifecycle, group management, and authentication standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience managing SSO solutions and identity platforms.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 identity services.
  • Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and LDAP protocols.
  • Experience with ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Okta, or similar identity providers.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell for identity automation.
  • Understanding of account lifecycle management and integration with HR systems.
  • Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication and Conditional Access policies.
