Job Title:

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Gather, analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
  2. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, ensuring seamless integration.
  3. Provide expert functional guidance in Procurement and Inventory modules, including Order Management and Advanced Pricing.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for new implementations, enhancements and support to deliver successful projects.
  5. Support the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, testing, training, deployment and post-go-live support to ensure high-quality solutions.
  6. Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues and provide functional support to resolve complex problems efficiently.
  7. Develop comprehensive functional documentation, training manuals and user guides to enhance knowledge sharing and adoption.
  8. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identify test cases and ensure proper validation of solutions to meet business expectations.
  9. Collaborate with distributed/onsite-offshore teams to facilitate smooth delivery and ensure effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS, with expertise in supply chain management.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement & Inventory modules (R12.2.x or higher), with a strong understanding of order management and advanced pricing.
  • Good knowledge of SQL, Oracle Database and Data Warehousing, with experience in requirement gathering, functional design, testing and user support.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills, with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain or related field, and Oracle certifications (SCM/EBS) preferred.
