Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Labeling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing label templates using various labeling tools and systems.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience is required for this position.
  • Prior experience working with labeling software and systems to create and modify label templates is essential.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA 21CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, and EU Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC is necessary.
  • Ability to update labels, pre-printed artworks, and IFUs/manuals with UK CA Regulation [EU MDR 2017/745] is required.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating the Labeling Change Management Process in PLM and supporting end-to-end PLM approval processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and modifying label templates using labeling software and systems.
  • Maintaining familiarity with relevant regulatory standards.
  • Updating labels, pre-printed artworks, and IFUs/manuals according to regulations.
  • Initiating and supporting Labeling Change Management Processes in PLM.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in labeling design and implementation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Priysm, Nicelabel, Codesoft Loftware, and Windchill.
