We are seeking a skilled Strategic Account Manager to drive key clients forward and form professional relationships.
- Manage 5-10 client accounts.
- Develop country-level executive relationships with clients' leadership.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on clients' needs, vision, IT roadmap, and potential deviations.
The ideal candidate will contribute to client success by promoting partnership growth, revenue acceleration, and new opportunities. They will also pitch relevant services to clients and track delivery timelines and quality to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Manage 5-10 client accounts and develop strong relationships with clients' leadership.
- Relationship Building: Form and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts management or customer success roles for a software company.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
- Understanding of the sales funnel and different stages.

- Pitch relevant services to clients.
