Roles and Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Target Achievement: Monitor and evaluate team members' performance to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets, market visit goals, and DSR report expectations
  • Customer Verification: Conduct visits to customers' business and residence places to verify their information
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit daily MIS reports and weekly review reports to management
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through follow-up calls to collect necessary documents and provide regular updates to managers

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in field sales and marketing in any industry
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
