Training Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the capacity of Training Coordinator.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with technical trainers to gather training plans, updates, and inputs on a regular basis.
  • Maintain streamlined communication and alignment through consistent touchpoints.
  1. Feedback Collection:
  • Administer surveys to collect participant feedback post-training.
  • Track and ensure timely responses from participants.
  1. Attendance Verification:
  • Verify submitted attendance sheets and follow up with absentees or trainers for missing information.
  • Finalize attendance data for upload to the Learning Management System (LMS).
  1. Training Evaluation:
  • Randomly attend training sessions to assess quality of delivery, engagement, and trainer effectiveness.
  • Document observations and share inputs with the Learning and Development Manager.
  1. Content Review:
  • Ensure course materials are regularly updated and uploaded by technical trainers.
  • Cross-check alignment with current standards and LMS structure.
  1. Reporting:
  • Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and reports categorized by department.
  • Highlight trends, anomalies, and key metrics.
  1. LMS Data Management:
  • Upload training data to the LMS and ensure accurate tagging and metadata entry.
  1. LMS Data Audit and Approval:
  • Audit LMS entries for accuracy and completeness.
  • Approve, reject, or flag entries for correction as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in training coordination or L&D operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
