Sustainability Innovator

We are seeking a forward-thinking professional to lead our sustainability initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving positive change through innovative solutions.

  • Scope 3 Measurement & Methodology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refine and enhance our carbon measurement algorithm with cutting-edge logic, global emission factors, and sectoral methodologies.
  • Ensure alignment with globally recognized reporting standards (GHG Protocol, SBTi, ISO, CDP, etc.).
  • Collaborate with product/AI teams to integrate ESG principles into media measurement tools.
  • Carbon Offsetting & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reputable carbon credit partners (Verra, Gold Standard, etc.).
  • Develop strategic partnerships with climate-tech companies, sustainability consultants, and certification bodies.
  • Design frameworks for seamless Scope 3 emissions offsetting.
  • Carbon Credit Exchange Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for our carbon credit exchange.
  • Research global best practices and regulatory landscapes (UAE, India, EU, etc.).
  • Collaborate with legal, technology, and ESG partners to ensure compliance and scalability.
  • Thought Leadership & Client Advisory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish yourself as an expert in ESG and carbon solutions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Represent our organization at sustainability forums, industry events, and with regulators.
  • Provide valuable insights on sustainability trends, carbon markets, and corporate climate commitments.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Policy, Economics, or related field. Advanced degrees/certifications preferred.
  • Professional Experience: 4+ years in ESG, sustainability consulting, carbon markets, or corporate sustainability strategy. Tech-driven ESG experience a plus.
  • Expertise in Scope 3 measurement frameworks and emission factor databases.
  • Familiarity with carbon offset projects and standards (Verra, Gold Standard, UNFCCC).
  • Knowledge of voluntary and compliance carbon markets.
  • Strong partnership-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate ESG strategy into scalable product solutions.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, and passionate about climate action and innovation.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with AI-driven ESG solutions.
  • Understanding of climate-risk management.
