Job Title: Sustainable Marketing Specialist

 

Sustainable Marketing Specialists drive the execution of marketing initiatives that prioritize environmental responsibility and social impact. They translate business goals into actionable plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sustainability-led campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and blog content.
  • Translate key insights from environmental data into clear, engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Own content calendars and coordinate with design, product, and ESG teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Manage community engagement and develop influencer/partner outreach strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reports with actionable recommendations.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into accessible language.
  • Proficiency in digital channels, basic SEO principles, and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4/social dashboards).
  • Experience with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, as well as attention to detail and deadline-driven work habits.
