About the Role

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to ensure environmental compliance, reduce impact, and drive innovation in sustainability practices. You'll work cross-functionally to design and implement sustainable programs that align with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability initiatives supporting long-term goals.
  • Analyze and report environmental data, including carbon emissions, energy usage, and waste management.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Collaborate with departments, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to promote sustainable practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Research new technologies and methods to enhance sustainability performance.
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on sustainability practices.
  • Lead or support green projects such as energy efficiency upgrades, waste reduction programs, and sustainability certifications.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability program management, or ESG reporting within a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in sustainability frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear way.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate individual committed to driving positive change.
