Architectural Design Opportunities

We are seeking a talented Architect II to join our team in Mumbai. This role offers the chance to work on large-scale design projects, collaborating with global teams and specialist consultants.

The ideal candidate will be a design-sensitive architect with excellent Revit skills, able to manage documentation and coordination across complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of aesthetic and technical designs, preparing architectural drawings and construction documents.
  • Assist with construction administration services and coordination at project sites.
  • Closely collaborate with senior colleagues and consultants.
  • Lead BIM modeling, drawing documentation, and compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate with consulting engineers and suppliers.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships through regular meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to internal project standards, quality, and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • BArch / MArch degree (Master's preferred)
  • 5-10 years of experience in an architectural practice (international firm experience valued)
  • Proficiency in Revit is mandatory
  • Strong skills in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience attending construction progress meetings and resolving queries
  • Prior exposure to educational, healthcare, and mixed-use projects is beneficial
  • LEED, EDAC, or WELL accreditation is an advantage
  • Excellent graphic, organizational, technical, and written communication skills
  • Ability to relocate to Mumbai/Navi Mumbai
